HUNT DEVELOPMENT GROUP, TITAN DEVELOPMENT AND WESTON AWARDED ESTIMATED $390 MILLION ENHANCED USE LEASE CONTRACT -
KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE – ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO

EL PASO, TEXAS – Kirtland Air Force Base of the Air Force Material Command along with Air Force Real Property Agency has chosen Kirtland Development Partners, LLC as the developer for the Kirtland Technology Park Enhanced Use Lease. Kirtland Development Partners, LLC is a partnership comprised of Hunt Development Group (Hunt) of El Paso, Texas, Titan Development (Titan) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®) of West Chester, PA.

The estimated $390 million project involves the long term ground lease of 92 acres of land on Gibson Boulevard at Kirtland AFB. The proposed development includes a diverse mix of Class A office, technology and research space, retail, hotel, medical office, and senior continuum care facilities. The development plan complements the activity at Kirtland AFB, the adjacent (future) New Mexico Tech facility, and VA hospital. Additional features include a significant amount of green space in a park-like campus setting with water features, well-lit parking, and pedestrian pathways for interconnectivity between on-base and off-base facilities.

Hunt, Titan and WESTON are supported with development and asset management by Flintridge Partners of Irvine, CA and design team Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, an Albuquerque-based architecture firm, local construction partner, Reid and Associates, and engineering firms Bridgers & Paxton and Bohannan and Huston. Hunt, Titan, WESTON, and Flintridge collectively have extensive privatization and military construction experience with the Air Force as well as other Department of Defense EUL developments, and local commercial development and construction. The supporting engineers and architects also have extensive experience with local commercial construction and have provided services to Kirtland Air Force Base. Kirtland Development Partners will leverage the experience of locally-based Córdova Public Relations to facilitate community relations for the project.
