RYAN LUXON JOINS HUNT DEVELOPMENT GROUP

EL PASO, TX – January 24, 2008 – Chris Hunt, CEO of Hunt Development Group, a Hunt Building Corporation affiliate, announced that Ryan Luxon has joined the company. Luxon will serve as Executive Vice President and will be charged with maintaining lender relationships and arranging project financing.

Luxon has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry including banking, financial consulting and real estate consulting with a specific interest in property acquisition and dispositions, strategic planning, financial structuring and negotiations.

In his former position, Luxon was the founder and managing member of RLMK W.O.L.F. Real Estate Solutions (WRES), LLC of Austin, Texas. In his position with WRES, Luxon served as a financial consultant to Hunt. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President/Western Regional Manager for MMA Financial, LLC, a subsidiary of MuniMae Midland, in Dallas, Texas; Senior Vice President/Legal Counsel for MuniMae Midland, LLC; and National Acquisition Coordinator for The Midland Companies in Clearwater, Florida.

Luxon earned his law degree from Texas Tech University in 1998 following his graduation from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He is a licensed attorney in both Texas and Florida.
