CHARLES PERRYMAN NAMED VICE PRESIDENT FOR HUNT DEVELOPMENT GROUP
EL PASO, TX – (April 2, 2008) – Hunt Development Group recently announced that Charles Perryman has joined the company’s Land Development division. Perryman will serve as Vice President, and will focus on land development efforts. The announcement was made by Chris Hunt, CEO of Hunt Development Group.
Charles has over thirty years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development to include civil planning and design, entitlements and construction management where he worked closely with local, state and federal agencies. Mr. Perryman is a former United States Army Infantry Officer and recipient of the Army Commendation medal.
In his most recent position as Vice President of Land Development for DR Horton, Inc, Perryman was responsible for establishing the policy and operational procedures for the Division’s residential land development department. Perryman also held the position of Director of Planning & Design-Retail Division for Colonial Properties Trust, an Alabama publicly traded REIT.

Perryman earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Faulkner University and was awarded his Masters in Business Administration, with a specialized degree in Real Estate Development and Management from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He holds a real estate Brokers license and has completed the core curriculum offered by the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
