Hunt's Property Management Division manages residential units consisting of conventional, tax credit, Section 8 and military housing. Our asset management group utilizes a risk-based approach to help identify critical functions of the business, analyze exposures and their potential impact on the organization, evaluate existing risk treatment practices and provide advice on possible disposition strategies to realize value. The process, in combination with Hunt’s long history and experience, produces a unique and successful asset-planning model.
Hunt’s Asset Management Division oversees more than 44,000 housing units, 220,000 square feet of retail space and one million square feet of industrial and commercial space. Today, Hunt directly manages 15,582 housing units on military bases throughout the U.S. In addition, our affiliate, LEDIC Management Group, has more than 30 years' experience in property management and manages over 25,000 market-rate and affordable units in 20 states throughout the U.S. These synergistic skills and complementary capabilities across multiple market sectors position Hunt well in the asset and property management business.
