The Department of the Air Force recently announced its selection of the Dover Air Force Base Privatization Team as the winner of the 2007 Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA) Outstanding Housing Installation Team Award. The winning team is comprised of the Dover Air Force Base leadership and housing management team; Pinnacle, an American Management Services Company of Seattle; and Hunt Development Group.
