Hunt Communities, is a developer of long-term, sustainable neighborhoods and master-planned communities.  The company specializes in the acquisition and development of raw land, and the subsequent development and entitlement of master-planned communities via the sale of parcels and lots to home builders and commercial developers.

Many of our master-planned communities include mixed-use components such as office, retail, and residential units, all seamlessly integrated with community facilities, jogging trails, bike lanes, neighborhood parks, landscaped medians and parkways, preserved open-space, and other amenities.  Hunt communities feature strict design guidelines, and use of natural open-space areas.
