Affordable Housing Asset Management
Hunt acts as asset manager for the affordable housing industry. Our portfolio currently includes partnership interests and other assets associated with over 86,250 units of affordable housing at more than 500 properties across the U.S.
Military Communities
Hunt currently has an ownership interest in 37,768 homes on military installations. Of those, Hunt directly manages 15,640 units through its integrated full-service approach to project management and operation. Our dedicated team of property management professionals is committed to improving residential experiences for Service Members and their families.
