- 141 turnkey military housing projects, totaling over 32,539 units
- 44 privatized military housing projects, totaling over 37,689 units
- 33 Section 801/802 military housing projects, totaling over 37,635 units
- 24 low-income housing tax credit housing projects, totaling 4,123 units
- 26 HUD Section 8 and Market Rate projects , totaling 2,605 units
- 25 projects, totaling 3,756 units for numerous private-sector owners
