El Paso TX –June 17, 2013 – Hunt Companies Inc. today announced that it has successfully closed on an agreement with the Moss Construction family of Companies (Moss). Hunt has made a minority investment in the Florida-based construction management firm.
As part of this transaction, Hunt will integrate its construction operations into all Moss’ future projects. Hunt’s current projects will be completed under the Hunt Building Company, Ltd. brand. As a result of this alliance, more than 50 Hunt employees in four states will transition to Moss sometime this year.
