Property Management

Since 1982, Hunt's Property Management Division has managed residential units consisting of conventional, tax credit, Section 8, and military housing.

Currently, Hunt Military Communities is involved in the property management of over 7,400 housing units spread among eight military housing communities across the nation.

For over 40 years, Hunt has been providing the families of our nation's Armed Forces with civilian-comparable homes and efficient, enjoyable communities in which to live. It's a core focus for Hunt, and a mission our company takes seriously.

Part of that mission is to ensure that members of the military who live in our communities have the highest quality of management and maintenance services available.
