The company has $1.5 billion of equity assets under management for about 30 institutional investors that is invested in a $4.3 billion portfolio of 170 multi-family and commercial properties in the United States and Europe. Their portfolio includes 21,261 multi-family units, over 5.4 million square feet of office space, over 3.6 million square feet of retail, over 1.9 million square feet of mixed-use development, and over 1.2 million square feet of industrial space.
