Redstone Arsenal, AL, August 30, 2017 – Redstone Family Housing, a Hunt Military Community, is excited to announce that it has received the highest overall CEL ranking for all Army posts awarded in 2017. The resident satisfaction survey includes a variety of topics and is managed by nationally recognized benchmarking firm CEL & Associates, Inc.
“We could not be more proud of Redstone Family Housing for ranking the highest out of all Army installations in this year’s CEL survey,” states John Ehle, Hunt Military Communities’ President. “Hunt Military Communities is fully dedicated to five-star service, connectedness and a culture of trust within our employees and residents. All of which were demonstrated through the overwhelmingly positive results we received.”
With more than 30,000 overall responses collected, Redstone Family Housing ranked the highest out of all 42 other Army installations. Nationwide, Army properties had an average score of 80.1 points for Overall Satisfaction and 81.3 for Service Satisfaction. Redstone Family Housing led the way with 88.5 points in Overall Satisfaction and 89.4 in Service Satisfaction
“Being recognized by the Army for this achievement is a true honor, and one that comes with a lot of hard work and dedication,” concluded Mr. Ehle. “Our Redstone Family Housing staff is committed to providing the best living experience for our residents. While we are number one this year, we will continue to maintain that high standard of service and look to continually improve the customer service we deliver.”
The annual survey allows residents to score their neighborhood on factors such as maintenance, communication, leasing procedures and many additional items. It also allows residents the opportunity to suggest improvements, where needed.
As a result of Redstone’s high scores, the team took home a 2017 CEL Crystal Award. A Crystal Award is given for those properties who achieve a Service Satisfaction score of at least 85 and a response rate of at least 20%.
