Dan Singer is Co-Chief Operating Officer of Hunt Companies, where he manages certain business operations across the enterprise, focusing on driving performance across multiple business lines and real estate assets. Mr. Singer serves on various committees at Hunt Companies Inc., including the Finance and Executive Committees, and holds board positions with several Hunt affiliates.

Mr. Singer has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Hunt Companies in 2016, he was Managing Partner at Forsyth Street Asset Management, a New York-based investment firm focused on real estate and public finance. Before that, Mr. Singer spent 25 years at Lehman Brothers, where he held senior roles in fixed income capital markets, real estate finance, and investment management.

Mr. Singer is Chair of the Board of Trustees of The East Harlem School, an independent middle school serving disadvantaged families in East Harlem and the broader NYC community.

Mr. Singer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Wesleyan University. He is based in New York City.
