Tim Beaudin joined the Hunt Companies' Board as an external member in January 2026. He brings over 40 years of real estate experience across the United States and Europe, with a distinguished career in leadership and executive management.

Most recently, Mr. Beaudin was the Chief Executive Officer of Mileway, the leading last-mile logistics platform in Europe and a core part of Blackstone's real estate holdings. Until September 2025, he led the company through a period of significant expansion, solidifying its market position by leveraging opportunities in the expanding e-commerce sector. He has since transitioned to a senior advisor role to support the company's leadership.

Mr. Beaudin has extensive experience with Blackstone real estate portfolio companies. From 2011 to 2015, he served as President and CEO of IndCor Properties, a Blackstone logistics portfolio company that was later sold to GIC/GLP. He currently serves as a senior advisor to LivCor and AIR Communities, two of Blackstone's multifamily platforms.

From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Beaudin was involved with P3 Logistics Parks, initially as Chairman and later as CEO, a role that saw him relocate to Prague. His previous executive positions include serving initially as the Chief Development Officer and later as the Chief Operating Officer at AIMCO, as well as Executive Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation, where he oversaw asset and development activities.

Mr. Beaudin began his career in the audit and tax groups at KPMG in Newport Beach, CA, before starting a career in real estate. He later joined CBRE, where he oversaw the Financial Services group nationally
