Hunt is one of only 13 companies, out of a total of 144, to rank across all three categories: Builders, Owners and Managers. Of those 13, Hunt ties at #5 when averaging the ranking scores.

With over 114,000 units owned at the end of 2011, Hunt ranks as #7 in this category. Hunt ranks as #16 in the manager category with over 50,000 units managed, with just over 30,000 of those managed by our affiliate, LEDIC Management Group. This is up significantly from #49 just the year before. And with 1,492 multifamily construction starts in 2011, Hunt ranked as a multifamily builder at #29.
