Robins Family Housing Receives Two Awards From The Middle Georgia Apartment Association
EL PASO, TX – The Middle Georgia Apartment Association (MGAA) recently announced its selection of Robins Family Housing as the winner of the 2012 Property of the Year and Maintenance Team of the Year. Robins Family Housing (Robins) was developed and is currently managed by the Military Housing division of Hunt Companies, Inc.
The awards were officially announced at the MGAA 4th Annual Star Awards on December 7, 2012. This was Robin’s second year in a row to win the Maintenance Team of the Year.
“This, I believe, is a direct result of the partnered processes Hunt and the Air Force have in place and it’s great to see,” said Otis Hick, Jr., Director, 78th Civil Engineer Group. “The Community Management and Maintenance teams at Robins Family Housing exemplify the Air Force motto of ‘Make a difference, Make it better,” continued Hicks.
The awards were based on criteria such as work orders performed, community outreach, resident satisfaction surveys and property improvements “This honor is a result of our outstanding customer service philosophy and dedication to excellence to serve those who serve us,” said Nikki Summers, Community Director at Robins Family Housing.
“We are extremely pleased MGAA is recognizing Robins Family Housing for these prestigious award,” Robin Vaughn, Co-President of Hunt’s Public Private Venture division said. “It is always our intent to provide the highest and best level of satisfaction for the families living and working at Robins.”
