The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments Near Completion

The clubhouse has risen and the pool will be filled soon. The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments are nearly complete,  winding through the shady trees on the edge of Point Washington State Forest just south of the bay on the east side of Hwy 331.

The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments are just a short walk to the brand-new Pilcher Park on the Bay which offers fishing, picnicking, a boat launch, and a long boardwalk along the water. The SoWal lifestyle is what it's all about! Also within walking distance are two of our favorite waterfront restaurants - Boragoand The Bay. Just down the road are schools, churches, shopping, Sheriff's Station and the South Walton Government Annex. The new luxury apartments are sure to book quickly because of the convenient location, the design and amenities that are geared toward the upscale, active lifestyle.

The lifestyle in South Walton is about more than just the great outdoors. It's also about our wonderful community. The design of the new apartments is intended to promote a communal experience with 11 three-story buildings composed of garden-style residences with a resident clubhouse for monthly socials and special events. Residents will also enjoy a children’s playground, cyber café with coffee bar, resort-style pool and spa, Dog Park and a 24-hour Fitness Center with yoga space.

Located just off the Choctawhatchee Bay, The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments offer meticulous design and craftsmanship on the gated, 31-acre development. The developers recognized the hunger in SoWal for luxury rentals. W Development Inc. and Hunt Companies have worked closely with Moss Construction to fill the needs seen on the red hot SoWal Long Term Rental Forum.

The Sanctuary at 331 Apartments is geared toward enjoying the great outdoors, with exclusive paddle board and other water sports gear,  and access to hiking, wildlife viewing, biking, lakes, camping and more in the pristine 15,000 acres of Point Washington State Forest. The forest is comprised of an amazing range of ecosystems from bay to beach.
